ГЛАГОЛ (THE  VERB) /  FUTURE CONTINUOUS IN THE PAST TENSE.

Future Continuous in the Past образуется так же, как и Future Continuous, с той лишь разницей, что вместо shall и will применяются соответственно should и would:

Утвердительная форма -- Отрицательная форма

I should be working -- I should not be working

Не (she, it) would be working -- He (she, it) would not be working

We should be working -- We should not be working

You would be working -- You would not be working

They would be working -- They would not be working

В разговорной речи употребляются те же сокращения, что и в Future Indefinite in the Past : I'd be working, he'd be working; I shouldn't be working, I'd not be working, he wouldn't be working, he'd not be working и т. д.

Употребление Future Continuous In the Past Tense

Future Continuous in the Past заменяет Future Continuous в придаточных предложениях, когда глагол в главном предложении стоит в прошедшем времени . Future Continuous in the Past, как и Future Continuous, переводится на русский язык будущим временем глагола несовершенного вида:

She said that she would be giving an English lesson at five o'clock.
Она сказала, что она будет давать английский урок в пять часов.

He thought that I should be working all day.
Он думал, что я буду работать весь день.
